SPHERE

This project has a more Conceptual nature as result of the premises established in its statement: "Giving a Cube of 100x100x100 create a building with 25% of the use destined to green and common areas, 50% destined to Housing and 25% destined to offices and commerce"

Giving this statement the proposal gravitates towards the idea that a sphere is the most efficient volume shape, however its center would be too dark and inhabitable, to solve this problem an open spherical spiral with a center atrium hole is designed.

As a result of this shape and by unfolding it the project becomes a linear tiny city itself that can be walked or even biked all the way to the top.
